Justis Lopez, Founder and MC
(Chief Enthusiasm Officer)
As the founder Justis has created curriculum for classes, facilitated workshops, hosted hundreds of events and has DJ’d clients most significant events in their lives. He brings the energy and enthusiasm to every event is regarded as the team cheerleader. Justis enjoys long walks on the beach and funfetti cupcakes.
Jon Martinez, Co-Founder and DJ
(Chief Optimism Officer)
Jon is DJ extraordinaire blending the perfect array of tracks from the 787 to the 860. His experience ranges from Djing intimate events such as Weddings and Sweet 16s to large scale productions consisting of thousands of people including, school pep rallies, Huskython and the CT Science Centers Largest events. He is regarded as the 6th unofficial member of the backstreet boys as he could be found playing “Everybody” as a signature song.
Ryan Parker, Educational Specialist
Ryan Parker is an energetic educator/ poet / motivational speaker / peace maker / producer of positivity and lyricist. As founder of BeatTheOddsSquad and Co-Founder of The Open Mic Movement in Education, Parker spends most of his time working on empowering diverse youth and changing the current narrative of the U.S. education system as it stands today. In addition to teaching middle schoolers, Parker works as a climate coach consultant teaching adult educators strategies for developing effective classroom environments and successful relationships with students. On top of his passion for teaching, Parker is a certified "mama's boy" who looooves his mama!!!
Matt Delaney, Educational Specialist
Chiller than the polar caps, maTTadapT specializes in igniting, supporting, and fine-tuning all things communicative. It is his purpose to help others navigate the linguistic realm of the universe in order to more efficiently engage in the exploration of the mind, body and spirit. He has an affinity for alliteration, double entendres and daily doubles as a daddy day care.
Jaylene Lopez, Makeup Technician

As a makeup specialist and Founder of Brains, Beauty and Brows, Jaylene specializes on creating unique looks while focusing on the cultivation of inner beauty. She'll help you bring out your best to every event. Additionally, at the drop of a dime and mid-conversation, she can flawlessly quote any line from a Spongebob episode.
Jakob Lopez, Creative Genius
(Customer Connection Technician)
Behind the scenes guru helping to plot ideas and growth from the beginning to the end. From advertising points to operations he provides his expertise to ensure the full customer experience. He is currently learning to master the art of breakdancing and bring his great dance moves to each event.
Steve Cartagena, Marketing Consultant
(Director of Astonishment)
Raised in Bridgeport, CT with roots in NYC, Steve has consulted small businesses and startups in his area since 2015. He’s skilled in photography, copywriting, and website design and does it all for the culture. He’s currently eating his way towards a more plant-based diet and dreams of becoming a super saiyan.
